BT Sport to claim MotoGP rights?

BT Sport have reportedly secured the rights to screen MotoGP from 2014.

More recently the sport has been shown live on the BBC, but their five-year contract is due to expire at the end of the current season and as yet no agreement has been reached for an extension to those terms.

That alerted pay-TV broadcaster BT Sport, who are planning to produce a package similar to how Sky now screen Formula 1, according to Broadcast.

However, the report went on to say that the length of BT Sport's contract is not yet known.
