BT Sport will reportedly impose fines on their TV production partners if a goal or corner kick is missed during their live coverage.
The broadcasters will launch their new channel next season after securing the rights to air Premier League fixtures for the next three years.
It is understood that clauses in the contract of Sunsent+Vine with BT Sport state that a fine of £250,000 will have to be paid if a goal is not screened, while a £150,000 penalty will be issued if a corner or free kick is missed, according to the Daily Mail.
"There are financial penalties included in the contract, but we were happy to sign," S+V chairman Jeff Foulser is quoted as saying.
"BT have paid an enormous amount of money and want the best possible coverage. It's not our intention to miss any goals. We have one of the world's best football directors and vast experience."
The contract between S+V and BT is said to be worth around £100m.
