David Beckham keeps fit while listening to Spice Girls songs

Retired footballer David Beckham has said that he plays Spice Girls songs when he works out.

The 38-year-old, who is married to former girl group member Victoria, revealed his fitness playlist while at a Sainsbury's Active Kids event in London.

The ex-England captain initially told CBBC Newsround that the "cool side" of him would listen to Jay-Z while exercising, but later admitted that he would opt for a Spice Girls tune.

Beckham was at the training session for 170 children in a bid to inspire young people to have a more active lifestyle.
