David Beckham to auction off items from former mansion?

David Beckham and his wife Victoria will reportedly hold a charity auction of some of their unwanted items from their former Hertfordshire mansion.

David Beckham and his wife Victoria have reportedly decided to auction off a number of items from their former mansion and give the money to charity.

The couple recently sold their Hertfordshire home, dubbed Beckingham Palace, which they bought in 1999 for a reported £2.5m.

The pair want to hold an auction for their unwanted items, including kitchen appliances and some of their designer clothes, at the mansion, according to The Mirror.

Reports have claimed that the couple are also planning to 'Americanise' their new West London townhouse to stop their children from feeling homesick for Los Angeles.

Beckham and his family spent five years living in the United States before the former footballer left Los Angeles Galaxy last year.
