Beckham reveals wildlife fears

Retired footballer David Beckham has admitted that he was "nervous" when he encountered a frog during his trip to the Amazon.

The 39-year-old spent 12 days travelling 800 miles into the Brazilian rainforest to film his new documentary David Beckham: Into The Unknown.

During a press conference on Monday, the former England captain relived the moment when a brightly-coloured frog followed the ex-sportsman into his tent.

"I am not a big frog fan!" said Beckham. "It was bright orange and I was told it was pretty dangerous. I was a bit nervous about that."

The father of four also said that it was "incredible" to meet the Yanomami tribe because they had no idea who he was.
