David Beckham nervous ahead of 'Only Fools and Horses' skit

Retired footballer David Beckham has admitted that he was nervous before filming an Only Fools and Horses skit for charity Sport Relief.

The 38-year-old reunited legendary characters Del Boy and Rodney, played by Sir David Jason and Nicholas Lyndhurst, for the first time in a decade.

"The day of filming started off with a slightly sleepless night, going over my script," Beckham told the Radio Times. "The thought of being on set with Nicholas and David was obviously very nerve-racking.

"I woke up that morning with my script on my chest. I've never done anything like this before, especially with two people I'm really in awe of and have been for many years."

The special of the popular BBC show will be aired on Friday, March 21.
