David Beckham 'given tattoo gift voucher by his wife'

David Beckham's wife Victoria has revealed that she gave her husband a tattoo gift voucher for his 38th birthday.

The former England captain celebrated turning another year older in May, just before deciding to retire from football following a five-month stint at Paris Saint-Germain.

Victoria told The New York Times that she paid for him to get some new inking but added: "Not that he needs another tattoo."

Meanwhile, Beckham is poised to release a new range of underwear with H&M.
