David Beckham receives acting advice from Hollywood actor Tom Cruise?

David Beckham has reportedly received advice from Hollywood actor Tom Cruise about getting into the film industry.

The 38-year-old will be looking for new ventures following his decision to retire from football at the end of his five-month stint at Paris Saint-Germain.

It is believed that while Cruise has offered Beckham acting tips, movie directors including Clint Eastwood have singled out the ex-midfielder for future film roles, according to the Daily Star.

Meanwhile, actor Brad Pitt recently claimed that he wants Beckham to teach his children football skills.
