Sheffield pay tribute to local Olympic and Paralympic stars by etching their names into a glass wall in the city's Winter Garden.

The names of local Olympic and Paralympic stars have been etched into a glass wall in Sheffield's Winter Garden.

The tribute includes the names of heptathlete champion Jessica Ennis and boxers Nicola Adams and Luke Campbell.

Leader of Sheffield City Council Julia Dore told the BBC: "We want a legacy that will inspire young people and everyone to get involved in sport and activities so what this does is on a daily basis people passing it will see the names of those athletes, those sports people who worked so hard to achieve something."

The wall also pays tribute to athletes who have trained in the city.
