Retired Olympic swimmer Rebecca Adlington has reportedly undergone cosmetic surgery on her nose.

The 25-year-old publicly spoke of her insecurities about her looks during a stint in the 'I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here' show last year.

According to the Daily Mail, reports have emerged claiming that Adlington had surgery to reduce the size of her nose at London's Harley Street clinic several weeks ago.

Adlington retired from professional swimming last year.
