Retired Olympic swimmer Rebecca Adlington has announced that she is engaged to boyfriend Harry Needs.
The 24-year-old, who decided to call time on her professional swimming career in February, revealed the proposal on Twitter.
"Had the best weekend ever!!! Thank you @Harryneeds for making me the happiest person ever right now #engaged #isaidyes," Adlington wrote.
The couple have been in a relationship for two years.
