Manchester City's Scott Sinclair, Helen Flanagan 'expecting first child'

Manchester City midfielder Scott Sinclair is to become a father for the first time, with celebrity girlfriend Helen Flanagan reportedly announcing that she is pregnant.

The out-of-favour Citizens winger, who has recently emerged as a transfer target for Queens Park Rangers in the New Year, has been in a high-profile relationship with the former I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! star for the last six years.

There has yet to be any official comment from either party on the news, although The Sun quotes an insider as saying: "It's a much-wanted pregnancy which makes it all the sweeter. Helen is so thrilled. She was bursting with excitement."

Sinclair has made just three appearances for Man City this season, totalling 23 minutes of action.
