Liverpool's Daniel Sturridge parties with One Direction star Louis Tomlinson

Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge decided spend his day off partying with One Direction singer Louis Tomlinson in London.

The former star of The X Factor, who is one member of the successful five-piece boyband, was photographed by paparazzi visiting Libertine Club in the capital on Sunday evening.

It appears that Sturridge was also in London as he posted a photo on Instagram of himself with Tomlinson, and added the caption: "With the boy @Louist91 #5asidestrikepartnerinthesummer"

The England international has been given two days off by Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers following Sunday's goalless draw with Blackburn Rovers in their FA Cup quarter-final at Anfield.
