Steven Gerrard, One Direction's Niall Horan celebrate Robbie Keane's birthday

Steven Gerrard and One Direction singer Niall Horan were among the guests celebrating Robbie Keane's 35th birthday in LA on Thursday.

The Los Angeles Galaxy captain dined with his wife Claudine and friends at BOA West Hollywood almost a week after he scored a hat-trick in his side's 4-0 rout over Toronto.

On Twitter, Keane's wife posted a photo of the celebrations and guests, which included the Irishman's new teammate Gerrard and 21-year-old Horan.

Meanwhile, Gerrard, who ended his 17-year Liverpool career in May, will make his LA Galaxy debut against Club America on Sunday.
