Giant billboards of Steven Gerrard wearing a Los Angeles Galaxy shirt have appeared in California ahead of the midfielder's arrival.
The 35-year-old signed an 18-month deal with the MLS side earlier this year after deciding to call time on his 17-year Liverpool career.
LA Galaxy are building up to Gerrard's arrival by erecting billboards around the city showing the midfielder wearing the club's shirt, with the word 'greatness' emblazoned across the poster.
The former England captain will touch down in the United States next month.
