Report: Darren Sharper admitted non-consensual sex

A New Orleans police report states that former NFL safety Darren Sharper admitted having sex with two women without their consent.

Former NFL star Darren Sharper admitted that he and a friend had sex with two women without their consent, according to a report by a New Orleans police detective.

Sharper is currently in jail in Los Angeles having surrendered to authorities following a warrant for his arrest in connection to alleged rapes that took place in a New Orleans hotel in September.

The report states that the former Green Bay Packers safety and an acquaintance, Erik Nunez, are alleged to have had sex with two women while the women were under the influence of an unknown substance, which impaired them "to the degree that both do not recall the entirety of the sexual intercourse".

Both alleged victims said that they did not consent to the sex and awoke to find Sharper on top of them "completely nude", according to the report obtained by USA Today.

It went on to say that another acquaintance entered the apartment later that night to find Sharper in his boxer shorts, while Nunez was also seen leaving the room in his underwear.

"Through further investigation by the [detectives] it was learned that Nunez and Sharper admitted to other known witnesses that he and Sharper had ... sex with victims #1 and #2 without their knowledge or permission," the report states.

The five-time Pro Bowler has also been charged with seven felonies in LA and is under investigation in sexual assault cases in Florida, Nevada and Arizona.
