John Terry parties with One Direction star Niall Horan after Chelsea's title win

One Direction star Niall Horan decided to join the celebrations after witnessing Chelsea seal their first Premier League title in five years.

The Irish singer was at Stamford Bridge when the Blues secured a 1-0 win over Crystal Palace on Sunday.

After the game, Horan joined club captain John Terry, Didier Drogba and Gary Cahill for an after-party, and the Chelsea defender decided to document the night by posting photos to Instagram.

Chelsea have sealed the title with three games left to play.
