Lukas Podolski gets used to London transport

Arsenal striker Lukas Podolski appears to be getting accustomed to London life as he was spotted boarding a local bus.

The 27-year-old, who moved to the Gunners from Germany in the summer, is believed to have shunned his expensive car to use public transport to travel around.

The German international, who looked rather amused while getting on the bus, is not the only man in football to have been found on London transport this week.

England manager Roy Hodgson was spotted on the tube and struck up a conversation with travellers, where he informed them that Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand was unlikely to play for the Three Lions again.
