Frank Schleck tests positive for banned substance

Frank Schleck has tested positive for a banned substance at the Tour de France, according to reports.

UCI understands that Schleck failed the doping test, coming back positive for a banned diuretic.

The Luxembourg driver is currently in 12th place in the tour after 15 stages.

Schleck's participation in the tour is almost certainly over, although the Radioshack-Nissan rider has the right to appeal the verdict.
