Result: Thor Hushovd wins Tour of Britain stage four

Norwegian rider Thor Hushovd has claimed victory during stage four of the Tour of Britain in Wales.

The Garmin and Cervelo rider fought of a challenge from Dutch rider Lars Boom, who took first place in Stoke yesterday.

Russell Hampton has retained the King of the Mountains Jersey, while Boom continues to hold the Points Jersey.

Stage five will see the competitors race from Exeter to Exmouth tomorrow.
