Cyclist killed by Olympic bus

A cyclist has been killed after being involved in a collision with an Olympics media shuttle bus.

The accident occurred on the A106, around one mile from the Olympic Park.

Despite the best efforts of paramedics at the scene, an unidentified 30-year-old died just after 7.30pm on the slip road outside the Main Press Centre in East London.

It is not yet known whether the deceased was involved in the Games.
