Team Sky target 2015 Tour de France

Sir Dave Brailsford reveals that Team Sky are determined to bounce back in 2015 with victory at the Tour de France.

Sir Dave Brailsford has insisted that Team Sky can bounce back from a disappointing season with victory in the 2015 Tour de France.

Sky struggled in the major one-day races and failed to win a stage in any of this year's Grand Tours, but Brailsford is adamant Chris Froome and Sir Bradley Wiggins can bring glory back to the British team.

"We'd like to win the Tour, we'd like to win a classic," Brailsford told BBC Sport.

"We'd really like to get behind Bradley for a good crack at the Paris-Roubaix race, I think that would be a really good goal for us."

Froome, the 2013 Tour de France champion, was forced to withdraw through injury this year, while Wiggins was not selected for the race.
