Shane Sutton is reportedly due to resign as technical director of British Cycling.
The 58-year-old is currently serving a suspension amid allegations of discrimination.
A report in the Daily Mail claimed that Sutton made derogatory comments about Para-cyclists, while female rider Jess Varnish previously stated that the technical director once told her to "go and have a baby".
According to Sky Sports News, Sutton is expected to resign from his post following the allegations.
He has denied any wrongdoing.
