Christine Ohuruogu wins World Championship 400m gold for second time

Ohuruogu wins 400m gold

Christine Ohuruogu has won gold in the women's 400m at the World Championships in Moscow.

The Brit stormed down the home straight to edge out Amantle Montsho of Botswana and claim first place in a national record of 49.41 seconds, just four-thousandths quicker than Montsho, who appeared to ease up thinking that she had won the race.

"I really can't believe that I've done that. I feel like I'm in a dream," she told BBC Sport.

Ohuruogo, 29, also won gold in Osaka in 2007 and becomes the first woman from Great Britain to win multiple golds in World Championship athletics.
