Yohan Blake beats Asafa Powell in Zurich

Yohan Blake has beaten Asafa Powell in the 100m at the latest Diamond League meeting in Zurich.

Blake, who was recently crowned world champion in Daegu, South Korea, posted a personal best of 9.82 seconds.

"Usain Bolt told me I'd win tonight but to make sure I do it sub-10 seconds," Blake told BBC Sport.

Powell had earlier described Blake as "a boy" in an attempt to rattle the Jamaican before the race.
