Olympic gold medallist Jessica Ennis has thanked the city of Sheffield following her homecoming on Friday evening.
The 26-year-old, who won the women's heptathlon at the London Games, was cheered by thousands of fans as she stood outside Sheffield Town Hall.
"It's been brilliant," Ennis told Sky Sports News. "The support I've had from the city is incredible. The support today has been brilliant."
The city will further celebrate Ennis's achievement with a golden plaque on their Walk of Fame.
