Dwain Chambers will race against Usain Bolt in his first grand prix fixture for six years.

Dwain Chambers has been invited to race Usain Bolt across 100m in the Czech Republic later this month.

The Ostrava event, which will feature a world-class field of sub-10 second sprinters, will be the British athlete's first grand prix fixture for six years.

Chambers, who has been absent from the sport following a drugs ban, recently received clearance to compete in this summer's Olympic Games.

The runner's agent Siza Agha believes that Chambers's problems are now behind him, praising the runner for his hard work during training.

"It's been a hectic few days with a number of very positive discussions on all fronts that illustrate Dwain's standing as an athlete and a person," Agha told The Guardian.

"Speaking to him it is beyond doubt that a huge weight has been taken off his shoulders and he is training hard with renewed vigour and determination to meet the new challenges ahead. There are obviously other ongoing discussions that I am confident will result in a wave of further announcements in due course.

"Dwain needs no reminding that Monday was just a doorway that places him on a more even playing field. He must now step through and deliver consistently what we have seen glimpses of in the last three years."

Chambers will compete with Bolt at the World Challenge event on May 25.
