Marathon world record holder Paula Radcliffe admits she is in "a bit of a panic" ahead of London 2012 because of a persistent foot problem.

Marathon world record holder Paula Radcliffe has admitted that she is a little panicked over a foot injury ahead of her home Olympic Games in London.

The 38-year-old's training isn't going to plan as she is suffering from a foot injury first sustained in 2009.

She has admitted that she is in "a bit of a panic" but is still hopeful of competing in London 2012.

Despite holding the world record for 26-mile race, Radcliffe has never won an Olympic medal.
