Jackson suspended for fourth time

Tanard Jackson has been handed his fourth suspension by the NFL for breaking the league's rules on drugs.

The league announced that the Washington Redskins safety has been suspended indefinitely for violating the policy on substance abuse.

Jackson was reinstated just two months ago following another suspension, and has not played a game since 2011.

The 28-year-old joined the Redskins in 2012.
