Tampa Bay Buccaneers keen to keep Vincent Jackson

Wide receiver Vincent Jackson will remain with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, according to general manager Jason Licht.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers general manager Jason Licht has said that he would like to keep Vincent Jackson.

The wide receiver is under contract until 2017, but after an injury-hit 2014 season there have been reports that the Bucs are looking to trade him and free up his large salary.

However, when asked if he wanted to keep Jackson, Licht told the Tampa Bay Times: "Absolutely. We really like Vincent Jackson."

The 32-year-old scored two touchdowns for Tampa Bay last season.
