Half-Time Report: Charles Sims gives Tampa Buccaneers narrow lead against Houston Texans

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have a 9-7 half-time lead against the Houston Texans at the NRG Stadium.

Bill O'Brien's Texans side broke the deadlock with just under five minutes remaining in the first quarter, as DeAndre Hopkins received the ball from Ryan Mallett for a five-yard touchdown.

The visitors came into the game in the second quarter, however, with Kyle Brindza first kicking a 58-yard field goal.

Jameis Winston then found Charles Sims, who ran into the endzone for a touchdown before Brindza was unable to convert the extra point.
