Report: St Louis Rams not interested in Chris Johnson

The St Louis Rams have reportedly ruled out a move for recently-released running back Chris Johnson.

The Tennessee Titans confirmed that they are cutting the 28-year-old earlier this week, and the Rams have been one of a number of teams to be linked with a move for Johnson.

The St Louis Dispatch claims that the NFC West side have been put off by Johnson's age, his off-season knee surgery and 2013 statistics.

The running back had one of the least productive seasons in his six-year career last season, recording 1,077 rushing yards and 10 total touchdowns.
