Seattle Seahawks to play Denver Broncos in Super Bowl XLVIII

The Seattle Seahawks are going to Super Bowl XLVIII after beating the San Francisco 49ers 23-17 in the NFC championship game at CenturyLink Field.

The Seattle Seahawks have made it to Super Bowl XLVIII by beating the San Francisco 49ers 23-17 at CenturyLink Field.

San Francisco led 10-3 at half time before touchdowns from Marshawn Lynch and Jermaine Kearse turned the game in the Seahawks' favour.

Seattle have now won the NFC Championship twice, with their previous success coming in 2005.

They will meet the Denver Broncos, who overcame the New England Patriots 26-16 earlier in the day, in New York on February 2.
