Wilson wants "really long" Seahawks stay

Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson has insisted that he wants to stay with the team for a "really long time" as talks over a new contract progress.

The 26-year-old is entering the final year of his rookie deal, but he's yet to agree terms over a new contract.

However, he said at a press conference: "The contract will work itself out. I'm excited about it and I'm excited about hopefully be a Seattle Seahawk for a really, really long time. So that's the goal."

Wilson led the Seahawks to their first ever Super Bowl win in 2014.
