Seattle Seahawks not concerned by Philadelphia Eagles tempo

Seattle Seahawks coach Pete Carroll insists that he isn't concerned by the prospect of facing the Philadelphia Eagles' high-tempo offense.

Seattle Seahawks coach Pete Carroll has insisted that his team are not concerned about facing the Philadelphia Eagles' high-tempo offense on Sunday.

The Seahawks have allowed just six points over the past two weeks but their defensive unit is expected to face a tough challenge against Philadelphia.

"We know that they'll go real fast, and we'll see how much they want to do that," Carroll said, according to KIRO-AM.

"We're not concerned about that, really. We practice like that all the time because you never know when a team is going to do it."

Seahawks star Richard Sherman echoed the sentiments of his coach and insists that the team plays "disciplined and sound football".

Meanwhile the pair also pointed to the fact that they have faced the likes of the Denver Broncos and New England Patriots, who have played at a similar pace previously, and that the Seahawks have been able to deal with it.
