Nick Foles to continue for Philadelphia Eagles

Nick Foles has been told to expect to start his third consecutive game for the Philadelphia Eagles this week.

The backup quarterback has been filling in for starter Michael Vick, who sustained a concussion almost three weeks ago.

Coach Andy Reid told reporters that Vick has yet to pass the final stage of the NFL's concussion protocol.

Running back LeSean McCoy also has a concussion, while DeSean Jackson is out with fractured ribs.

The Eagles face the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday.
