Foles injures collarbone in Eagles win

Nick Foles has injured his collarbone during the Philadelphia Eagles' win over the Houston Texans in the NFL this evening.

The quarterback was forced out of the game before half time after picking up the injury to his non-throwing shoulder, and underwent X-rays during half time.

The NFC East side did not reveal the extent of the injury, but NFL Media confirmed that a clavicle injury prevented him from returning to the game.

Backup Mark Sanchez took his spot at quarterback, leading the Eagles to a 31-21 victory.
