Half-Time Report: Latavius Murray leads Oakland Raiders to 14-3 advantage over Kansas City Chiefs

Latavius Murray scores two touchdowns to lead the Oakland Raiders to a 14-3 half-time lead over the Kansas City Chiefs.

Latavius Murray stole the show in the first half to hand the Oakland Raiders a 14-3 lead over the Kansas City Chiefs at the half-time interval.

Both offenses struggled in the early stages of the match, with Kansas quarterback Alex Smith struggling to hit his receivers in the first quarter.

Murray ensured that Oakland took control of the contest midway through the opening quarter by spotting a gap to rush 11 yards into the endzone for the first touchdown.

However, the 23-year-old managed to produce an even more impressive effort early in the second quarter when he evaded a couple of challenges before sprinting 90 yards for the longest touchdown run of this season.

Kansas struggled to produce a response before the interval, but they would reduce the deficit when Cairo Santos converted a 24-yard field goal.
