American pop star Britney Spears is a contender to play a set during the Super Bowl half-time show, according to reports.
It is traditional that a world-famous musician plays during the interval, and the likes of Katie Perry, Bruno Mars and Madonna have starred in recent years.
However, Hollywood.com claims that Spears could be in line to play at the Super Bowl's 50th anniversary in California, along with Taylor Swift.
Spears has previous experience of the event, as she also did it in 2001.
