Austin Collie rejoins New England Patriots

The New England Patriots have announced that they have re-signed wide receiver Austin Collie from the free agency.

The AFC East side released the player at the start of last month, but have decided to allow him the chance to rejoin their roster.

"The New England Patriots announced that they have re-signed WR Austin Collie," the club said in a statement on their official website.

Collie, who has made 17 starts in his NFL career, has also been on the books of San Francisco 49ers this season.
