Brady: 'There's room for improvement'

Tom Brady has said that the New England Patriots still have "room for improvement", despite winning their second game in five days.

The AFC East side narrowly beat the New York Jets 13-10 last night to continue their unbeaten start to the season.

Speaking at a press conference, the quarterback said: "I'm glad we won, but we just obviously have a lot of room for improvement. We need to try to get back to work and see if we can do better next week.

"No-one's coming to rescue and save the day, so we've just got to fight through it and have got to work harder and do better and try to be more consistent. Hopefully we can score more points.

"Last year we were 1-2 and we ended up having a great season, so I'm glad we started out 2-0 with two wins in the division. I just want us to do a better job on offense and carry our end, and do the job that we're supposed to be able to do. We just need to do it better, all of us."

The Patriots play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers next weekend.
