Tyson Clabo criticises "ridiculous" Jonathan Martin

Tyson Clabo thinks that the Richie Incognito incident is "ridiculous" and has got out of hand, blaming Miami Dolphins teammate Jonathan Martin for the situation progressing.

Right tackle Tyson Clabo has launched an attack on Miami Dolphins teammate Jonathan Martin.

Martin recently claimed that teammate Richie Incognito was bullying him, leading to the offensive lineman being suspended from the team for his recent conduct.

However Clabo is the latest to defend Incognito, stating his surprise at Martin's actions after what he felt was a solid friendship between the pair.

Clabo told the Miami Herald: "I don't know why [Martin's] doing this. This is ridiculous. What's being perceived is that Richie is this psychopath, racist maniac, right?

"And the reality is that Richie was a pretty good teammate. I've been here long enough to know that if Martin had a problem, he didn't show it. I think that if you have a problem with somebody, you should stand up and be a man.

"Richie treated him like a little brother. They did a lot of stuff together, so if he had a problem with the way he was treating him, Jonathan had a funny way of showing it."

Martin this week decided to quit the Dolphins, while there is speculation around the NFL that Incognito might never play professionally again.
