Kyle Williams "ready" to play for Kansas City Chiefs

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Kyle Williams has targeted more time on the pitch after making his debut for his new side in the defeat to the Denver Broncos on Sunday.

Williams said that he is ready for more minutes but it is a case of where the coaching staff see him playing, be that in offense or special teams.

"I'm ready to [contribute]," the Kansas City Star quotes Williams as saying. "It's just a matter of [where I] fit.

"They're kind of easing me in a little bit. I expect to see some action; where and how much is really up to them."

The defeat to the Broncos was the Chiefs' first of the 2013 season.
