Te'o overlooked in first draft

Central Michigan offensive tackle Eric Fisher was the first player to be drafted when he was picked by Kansas City Chiefs in the 2013 NFL draft.

He was chosen over Texas A&M star Luke Joeckel, who was snapped up by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the number two pick.

Super Bowl XLVII winners the Baltimore Ravens had last pick and went for Florida safety Matt Elam, while their opponents San Francisco 49ers opted for Eric Reid from Louisiana State.

Notre Dame linebacker Manti Te'o was not picked during the first round and must wait until tomorrow before his immediate future is decided.
