The Kansas City Chiefs are leading the Denver Broncos 21-14 at half time in the sides' NFL clash today.

The Chiefs opened the scoring in the first quarter when Junior Hemingway latched onto a 17-yard pass from Alex Smith to put them seven points ahead.

The Broncos then responded in the second quarter as Eric Decker picked up a 41-yard pass from Peyton Manning to level the score.

The Chiefs went back in front during the first half of the second quarter when Davis completed a 108-yard kickoff return, before Anthony Fasano caught Smith's 12-yarder to make it 21-7.

However, the Broncos pulled seven points back nearing the end of the second as Knowshon Moreno grabbed Manning's three-yard pass to leave the score at 21-14 going into half time.
