Half-Time Report: Tennessee Titans lead Indianapolis Colts by 11 points

Titans lead Colts by 11 points

Tennessee Titans have dominated the first half of their AFC South clash against the Indianapolis Colts at LP Field, Nashville.

Mike Munchak's men, who are 4-5 for their season, lead 17-6 thanks to two touchdowns from Chris Johnson and the boot of Rob Bironas, while the visitors - who are 6-3 - have struggled to get going.

It took just over three minutes of play for the Titans to take the lead, with Johnson piercing a hole in the defence to complete a 30-yard score.

He extended the lead before the end of a crushing first quarter for his team by riding a tackle and twisting into the endzone.

Adam Vinatieri got the Colts moving with a 48-yard field goal, although Bironas replied with just over two minutes of the second quarter remaining.

However, the Colts go in with an 11-point deficit thanks to Vinatieri, who converted from 30 yards after Andrew Luck had been sacked by Derrick Morgan.
