Arian Foster sustains calf injury

Arian Foster has sustained a calf injury during the Houston Texans' organised team activities.

The Houston Chronicle reports that the running back was carted off the field yesterday with ice on his leg having suffered a strain.

Wide receiver Andre Johnson told the team's website: "I don't think it's anything serious where anybody should be worried or something like that.

"I think if it was, he would've said something. You can tell when it's something serious. I've been around it long enough. So, I'm sure he'll be fine. Just give him a little rest, he'll be back out there."

Foster recorded 1,424 rushing yards and 15 touchdowns for the Texans last season.
