Green Bay Packers lose Letroy Guion for first three games

The Green Bay Packers will be without defensive tackle Letroy Guion for three games after he violated the NFL Policy and Program for Substances of Abuse.

The Green Bay Packers defensive tackle Letroy Guion will miss the first three games of the season due to a league ban.

The 28-year-old violated the NFL Policy and Program for Substances of Abuse in the off-season, and will be ruled out until week four against the San Francisco 49ers.

NFL Media claims that Guion appealed the ban, but his punishment has been upheld.

Guion made a career-high 22 tackles in his debut season with the Packers in 2014.
