Charles Woodson to meet with Denver Broncos

Charles Woodson has reportedly attracted interest from several NFL teams after being released by the Green Bay Packers earlier this year.

The safety is due to meet with the Denver Broncos today, while the Oakland Raiders and Carolina Panthers are also said to be interested in the former NFL defensive player of the year.

The 36-year-old met with the San Francisco 49ers earlier in the off-season, but did not receive a contract offer from the Super Bowl runners-up.

Last week, Woodson said that he was surprised not to have found work with another team.
