Cleveland Browns wide receiver Terrelle Pryor, who moved from quarterback this season, has been waived by the team.
The 26-year-old made the 53-man roster last week but has been moved to make room for former Seattle Seahawks running back Robert Turbin.
The former Oakland Raider saw 17 snaps during the pre-season at wide receiver after struggling with a sore hamstring that saw him sit out the majority of training camp.
On the release, Pryor told The Plain Dealer: "This will be a mistake by them."
Pyror has started 15 NFL games in his career at quarterback, scoring nine touchdowns with a QB rating of 69.3.
